Speculative designs to vertically extend a house within the Regents Park Estate. VSA wrote and researched an application to English Heritage to downgrade the listing, in order to increase the development potential of the building. VSA argued and proved that the property had been incorrectly listed as part of the John Nash masterplan, whereas in actual fact, the property is an anomaly, and was developed separately from the rest of the estate.
